can i say more? this image evokes a lot of feeling for me – i was married on Granville Island – if i can get to here on my birthdays i do – my parents moored their boat here and i lived in English Bay for a while. the Bridges building and that marine Esso station feel etched on my brain – you’ve caught the feeling of this place so well.

very interesting topic. The woman in the foreground is a really good contrast to the dense urban scenery in the background.
The image itself could get a bit more contrast, imho.
