weather-worn sandstone in arches national park

Slickrock

Posted on | Shot on at 18:00:00

A sandstone formation in Arches National Park. That’s slickrock right? — I’m no geologist :) I can’t quire remember how big this was but it looks like it would be sweet mountain biking if it wasn’t a national park.

  • it seems you managed to capture a bird flying through it also.. very nice b&w capture.. :)

  • Love the smooth surface of these interesting rock formations. Excellent B&W processing to bring out the contrasts and details here. I too like the bird flying through, great capture.
