brick apartment building

My Old Apartment in Portland

Posted on | Shot on at 18:00:00

I used to live in the building behind the building in the foreground — just outside the Portland State University campus, in between the Goose Hollow and downtown neighborhoods. Took this photo while driving on I-405 while I was in Portland earlier this year.

  • i must say, you got an interesting frame for this scene here.. nice work, i really do like the color of that old apartment of yours.. :)

  • A little peek into a past life. That 1/1600 sec shutter speed really froze the movement, I’d never have guessed you took this from a moving car.

  • i like how the buildings are framed by the railings – does give the sense of flying by and waving at the past.
