Clouds Obscuring the Sun

Posted on | Shot on at 18:00:00

Heavy storm clouds on a winter day near Three Forks, Montana at the headwaters of the Missouri River. They rolled across the sun and I was able to photograph a couple frames just at the cusp of the sun peeking back out.

  • bad sign for some, a good one for others.. either ways, very nice framing.. nice shot! :)

  • feels ominous on the left and the opposite on the right.

vaporous is the word that comes to mind. i know it’s clouds and sun but it feels like smoke and chemistry. nice.
