Glacier National Park

Posted on

Another shot from along Going to the Sun Highway in Glacier National Park, just before you start winding your way up the pass, or thereabouts, I believe.

We took this trip to Glacier before I had a digital SLR so all the photos are shot on a combination of slide film and black and white with an old manual focus SLR. I’ve been wanting to go back to black and white lately. On film. Black and white digital just doesn’t have the same feel to it.

  • yes – there’s just something about black and white film. i miss it. but no one in town develops it and i don’t have time for darkroom work right now. i hope you will do some b/w film work. i like the lines in this photograph – especially in the trees.

  • @michele oh wow. i didn’t think about it but there’s only one shop in town that still develops it here. kind of a scary thought.
