Rose Festival Carnival

Posted on | Shot on at 18:00:00

Portland throws a big Rose Festival every June which entails a parade, Rose Festival King and Queen and a carnival down at Waterfront Park. I walked around one evening in 2004 with my point and shoot and managed to capture some pretty awesome photos of the neon-lit machinery spinning around just before sunset.
