Otter Tail River

The setting sun caught on The Otter Tail River, swollen with spring runoff from the mountains far to the east, rushing through the girders at Phelps Mill State Park in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. This is the first in a series of photos from a long weekend of camping near the Phelps Mill Park.
